# AI Plan Creator

> AI Plan Creator is a browser app for designing homes and other buildings with an AI agent: floor plans to real dimensions, a live 3D model, furnished rooms, lighting, electrical and plumbing layouts, a landscaped garden and a walkthrough at eye level, all from one design. The drawings are for design exploration, not construction documents.

- Start from a sentence, from a building type, style and size picked by their pictures, from an uploaded picture of a floor plan (its rooms read, its walls, doors and windows laid out by rule), or from a finished design in the store.
- 2D floor plans on every plan: draw a storey of a design as a picture for a listing or a brochure, in one of eight drawing styles, furnished as placed or with its rooms staged by rule (no AI request), with room names, areas, outside lengths and a scale bar, as a PNG, a JPEG, a PDF or an SVG, or, with the Pro plan, as a DXF file for CAD.
- CAD files, with the Pro plan: export floor plans as DXF files (in millimetres, on AIA layers) for CAD software, and import an existing plan from a DXF file, a PDF or a picture with its walls, doors and windows as drawn.
- 25 design styles; an Architectural look with floor-to-ceiling glass, mixed materials and deep roof edges.
- A design store of 1,013 ready-made designs in 21 kinds of building, including a premium collection of 88 named designs. 20 of the store's designs come with the Premium plan; the rest are bought once. Designs are licensed for a single use.
- Prices are shown in the visitor's currency (NZD, AUD, USD, GBP, CAD or EUR). There is a free plan, which needs no card; paid plans are sold by the month or year. Try Premium free for 14 days, once per account: a card is needed to start, and cancelling before the trial ends costs nothing. Share links to view, comment on or edit a design come with the Premium plan, and CAD files with the Pro plan.
- Develop a section lays out townhouses or standalone houses on a site and checks them against indicative planning standards: zone rules for Auckland, Victoria, San Diego and Toronto, and space standards for England and London.
- It can be used from Claude, ChatGPT and Grok through its MCP connector.
