Single-storey units in a row on one plot, each with its own entrance, sharing a driveway and parking, designed in Art Deco style: glamour and geometry: black, gold, velvet and fans.

Outside: render walls, a flat roof in flat membrane, windows with glazing bars.

Inside: each unit has Bathroom (6 m²), Bedroom (10 m²), Kitchen (11 m²), Main bedroom (13 m²), Living room (21 m²).

The design comes furnished and landscaped, with schematic lighting, electrical and plumbing layouts. Everything can be edited after you add it to your designs.
