About AI Plan Creator
AI Plan Creator is a browser app for designing homes and other buildings with an AI agent: floor plans to real dimensions, a live 3D model, furnished rooms, lighting, electrical and plumbing layouts, a landscaped garden and a walkthrough, all from one design.
Who we are
AI Plan Creator is based in New Zealand. Until October 2026 it was called PlotPilot, at plotpilot.co.nz, which now sends visitors here. You can reach us at hello@aiplancreator.com or through the contact page.
How the designs are made
Every design is a plan the app can edit, not a picture. You can describe a home in a sentence and the AI agent drafts it, or pick a building type, one of 25 styles and a size and the app builds it, or start from an uploaded floor plan or a finished design in the design store. The store's 1,013 designs in 21 kinds of building are generated by the app the same way; the premium collection's 88 named homes and buildings are each drawn up whole, from the massing to the roof and grounds. Their pictures are rendered from their own 3D models.
The AI agent works on your design with the same tools you have, so what it makes stays editable. Text reasoning runs on DeepSeek; vision and image generation run on Google Gemini.
What the designs are for
The drawings are for design exploration: to try ideas, compare them and talk them through with your designer, builder or council. They are not construction documents. A design is licensed for a single use, one project on one site, and never for resale; the terms of use say how, and the privacy policy names every service your information goes to.
