About this design
An existing house opened up by a new single-storey extension round its side and back: kitchen, dining and family room under a flat roof, with wide glass doors to a deck, designed in Australian Contemporary style: light render over face brick, a metal hip roof with wide eaves and a covered alfresco.
Outside: render walls, a hip roof in standing-seam metal, plain glazing.
Inside: WC (6 m²), Laundry (6 m²), 3 × Bedroom (13 to 15 m²), Dining (extension) (15 m²), Entrance hall (20 m²), Kitchen (extension) (23 m²), Family room (extension) (28 m²), Lounge (31 m²), Ensuite (8 m²), Bathroom (9 m²), Main bedroom (14 m²), Landing (20 m²).
