About this design
Consulting rooms off a wide corridor, treatment and procedure rooms, a nurses' station, a pharmacy and a large waiting area, designed in Australian Contemporary style: light render over face brick, a metal hip roof with wide eaves and a covered alfresco.
Outside: render walls, a hip roof in standing-seam metal, plain glazing.
Inside: 2 × WC (6 m² each), Clean utility (8 m²), Dirty utility (8 m²), Plant room (8 m²), Accessible WC (9 m²), Nurses' station (11 m²), Staff room (11 m²), Practice manager (12 m²), 6 × Consulting room (13 m² each), Treatment room (13 m²), Procedure room (13 m²), Reception (22 m²), Pharmacy (26 m²), Waiting area (45 m²), Corridor (57 m²).
Features: entrance canopy.
The design comes furnished and landscaped, with schematic lighting, electrical and plumbing layouts. Everything can be edited after you add it to your designs.
