About this design
Shops either side of a covered mall with an anchor store, a food court, public toilets and a car park, designed in Bauhaus style: form follows function: white cubes, steel tube and primary colour.
Outside: render walls, a flat roof in flat membrane, plain glazing.
Inside: Cleaner's store (7 m²), Accessible WC (9 m²), Parents' room (10 m²), WC (men) (11 m²), WC (women) (11 m²), Plant room (13 m²), Toilet lobby (18 m²), Centre management (22 m²), Food court kitchen (26 m²), Loading dock (27 m²), Service corridor (50 m²), Food court (62 m²), 8 × Shop (63 m² each), Mall (270 m²), Supermarket (360 m²).
Features: entrance canopy.
