Shops on the street with apartments above, reached from their own lobby with stairs and a lift, designed in Bohemian style: relaxed and layered: rattan, plants, kilims and warm colour.
Outside: render walls, a gable roof in clay or concrete tile, plain glazing.
Inside: each apartment has Bathroom (6 m²), Bedroom (11 m²), Kitchen (12 m²), Main bedroom (14 m²), Living room (21 m²). Shared and at street level: 2 × Accessible WC (7 m² each), 2 × Store (16 m² each), Residential lobby (40 m²), 2 × Shop (42 m² each), 2 × Stair landing (40 m² each).
