About this design
Reception, open workspace, meeting rooms and staff facilities, on one floor or on several round a core of stairs, lift and toilets, designed in Contemporary style: soft minimalism: pale tones, curves and very little clutter.
Outside: render walls, a shed roof in standing-seam metal, plain glazing.
Inside: 4 × WC (6 to 7 m²), Plant room (7 m²), 2 × Store (8 to 9 m²), 2 × Accessible WC (8 to 9 m²), 2 × Staff kitchen (12 to 14 m²), 3 × Meeting room (21 to 30 m²), Café (23 m²), 2 × Corridor (24 m² each), Reception (30 m²), 2 × Lift and stairs (40 m² each), 2 × Open workspace (54 to 119 m²).
The design comes furnished and landscaped, with schematic lighting, electrical and plumbing layouts. Everything can be edited after you add it to your designs.
