About this design
A site divided into lots along a new road, with a house on each lot, footpaths, street trees and a shared reserve, designed in Contemporary style: soft minimalism: pale tones, curves and very little clutter.
Outside: render walls, a shed roof in standing-seam metal, plain glazing.
Inside: the largest house has Ensuite (7 m²), 2 × Bathroom (7 m² each), Laundry (7 m²), 3 × Bedroom (11 to 13 m²), Office (11 m²), Hallway (12 m²), Dining (13 m²), Kitchen (14 m²), Main bedroom (18 m²), Garage (22 m²), Living room (34 m²).
The design comes furnished and landscaped, with schematic lighting, electrical and plumbing layouts. Everything can be edited after you add it to your designs.
