An existing house opened up by a new single-storey extension round its side and back: kitchen, dining and family room under a flat roof, with wide glass doors to a deck, designed in French Country style: limewashed stone, shutters, linen and weathered oak.
Outside: stone walls, a mansard roof in shingle or slate, shuttered windows.
Inside: WC (4 m²), Laundry (5 m²), Study (10 m²), Dining (extension) (12 m²), Kitchen (extension) (16 m²), Entrance hall (18 m²), Lounge (22 m²), Family room (extension) (23 m²), Bathroom (5 m²), Ensuite (6 m²), 2 × Bedroom (9 m² each), Main bedroom (11 m²), Landing (18 m²).
