Shops on the street with apartments above, reached from their own lobby with stairs and a lift, designed in French Country style: limewashed stone, shutters, linen and weathered oak.
Outside: stone walls, a mansard roof in shingle or slate, shuttered windows.
Inside: each apartment has Bathroom (7 m²), Dining (10 m²), Kitchen (10 m²), Bedroom (13 m²), Main bedroom (17 m²), Living room (18 m²). Shared and at street level: 4 × Accessible WC (7 m² each), 4 × Store (18 m² each), 2 × Residential lobby (43 m² each), 4 × Shop (51 m² each), 6 × Stair landing (43 m² each).
