A low-energy home: living rooms facing the sun behind deep eaves, solar panels, a planted roof, rainwater storage and timber cladding, designed in Industrial style: exposed brick, steel, concrete and worn leather.
Outside: brick walls, a flat roof in planted green roof, windows with glazing bars.
