A self-contained small home for the back of a section: open living and kitchen, bedrooms and a level-entry bathroom, with a wide glass door to a deck, designed in Industrial style: exposed brick, steel, concrete and worn leather.
Outside: metal panel walls, a flat roof in standing-seam metal, windows with glazing bars.
Inside: Laundry cupboard (2 m²), Bathroom (6 m²), Entrance hall (8 m²), Kitchen (9 m²), Bedroom (11 m²), Main bedroom (12 m²), Living room (23 m²).
Features: deck.
