About this design
Playrooms for each age group with a sleep room, children's bathrooms, a kitchen and a fenced outdoor play area, designed in Japandi style: japanese restraint meets Nordic warmth.
Outside: timber cladding walls, a gable roof in standing-seam metal, plain glazing.
Inside: Cleaners' store (6 m²), Staff WC (8 m²), Store (8 m²), Nappy-change room (8 m²), 2 × Children's bathroom (8 m² each), Plant room (8 m²), Entry lobby (8 m²), Accessible WC (9 m²), Office (10 m²), Laundry (11 m²), Parents' room (14 m²), Sleep room (17 m²), Kitchen (19 m²), Staff room (20 m²), Reception (26 m²), Toddlers' room (2 to 3) (28 m²), Babies' room (under 2s) (28 m²), Preschool room (3 to 5) (28 m²), Corridor (37 m²).
