About this design
A site divided into lots along a new road, with a house on each lot, footpaths, street trees and a shared reserve, designed in Mediterranean style: sun-washed plaster, terracotta, arches and wrought iron.
Outside: render walls, a hip roof in clay or concrete tile, shuttered windows.
Inside: the largest house has 2 × Bathroom (7 m² each), Laundry (7 m²), Ensuite (7 m²), 3 × Bedroom (10 to 12 m²), Hallway (11 m²), Dining (12 m²), Kitchen (13 m²), Main bedroom (14 m²), Garage (22 m²), Living room (33 m²).
The design comes furnished and landscaped, with schematic lighting, electrical and plumbing layouts. Everything can be edited after you add it to your designs.
