About this design
Shops on the street with apartments above, reached from their own lobby with stairs and a lift, designed in New Zealand Contemporary style: dark vertical cladding with cedar, a mono-pitch metal roof and living that opens to a deck.
Outside: timber cladding walls, a shed roof in standing-seam metal, plain glazing.
Inside: each apartment has Bathroom (6 m²), Bedroom (11 m²), Kitchen (12 m²), Main bedroom (14 m²), Living room (21 m²). Shared and at street level: 2 × Accessible WC (7 m² each), 2 × Store (16 m² each), Residential lobby (40 m²), 2 × Shop (42 m² each), 2 × Stair landing (40 m² each).
Features: balcony.
The design comes furnished and landscaped, with schematic lighting, electrical and plumbing layouts. Everything can be edited after you add it to your designs.
