About this design
A clear-span storage hall with a roller door and a small office, designed in New Zealand Contemporary style: dark vertical cladding with cedar, a mono-pitch metal roof and living that opens to a deck.
Outside: metal panel walls over a concrete base, a gable roof in standing-seam metal, plain glazing.
Inside: WC (13 m²), Staff room (15 m²), Office (23 m²), Warehouse (149 m²).
The design comes furnished and landscaped, with schematic lighting, electrical and plumbing layouts. Everything can be edited after you add it to your designs.
