About this design
A block of units: flats either side of a shared lobby with stairs and a lift, a balcony to every flat above the ground, and parking in front, designed in Rustic style: rough-sawn timber, stone and a fire to sit by.
Outside: timber cladding walls over a stone base, a gable roof in shingle or slate, shuttered windows.
Inside: each apartment has Bathroom (7 m²), Dining (10 m²), Kitchen (11 m²), Bedroom (15 m²), Main bedroom (20 m²), Living room (21 m²). Shared and at street level: 2 × Lobby (42 m² each), 8 × Stair landing (42 m² each).
Features: balcony.
The design comes furnished and landscaped, with schematic lighting, electrical and plumbing layouts. Everything can be edited after you add it to your designs.
