A low-energy home: living rooms facing the sun behind deep eaves, solar panels, a planted roof, rainwater storage and timber cladding, designed in Transitional style: classic shapes with modern calm, in greige and soft blue.
Outside: brick walls, a hip roof in shingle or slate, windows with glazing bars.
Inside: Ensuite (6 m²), Laundry (6 m²), Bathroom (7 m²), Entrance hall (10 m²), 2 × Bedroom (10 m² each), Main bedroom (13 m²), Dining (19 m²), Hallway (19 m²), Kitchen (21 m²), Living room (29 m²).
