An existing house opened up by a new single-storey extension round its side and back: kitchen, dining and family room under a flat roof, with wide glass doors to a deck, designed in Transitional style: classic shapes with modern calm, in greige and soft blue.
Outside: brick walls, a hip roof in shingle or slate, windows with glazing bars.
Inside: WC (5 m²), Laundry (5 m²), Study (12 m²), Dining (extension) (13 m²), Kitchen (extension) (18 m²), Entrance hall (19 m²), Family room (extension) (25 m²), Lounge (25 m²), Bathroom (7 m²), Ensuite (7 m²), 2 × Bedroom (11 m² each), Main bedroom (12 m²), Landing (19 m²).
