Two mirrored homes sharing a party wall, designed in Tropical style: wide verandas, louvres, cane furniture and palm greens.
Outside: timber cladding walls, a hip roof in standing-seam metal, plain glazing.
Inside: each home has Bathroom (5 m²), Hallway (5 m²), Bedroom 2 (7 m²), Kitchen (10 m²), Main bedroom (12 m²), Living room (19 m²), Garage (22 m²).
The design comes furnished and landscaped, with schematic lighting, electrical and plumbing layouts. Everything can be edited after you add it to your designs.
