About this design
Shops on the street with apartments above, reached from their own lobby with stairs and a lift, designed in Tropical style: wide verandas, louvres, cane furniture and palm greens.
Outside: timber cladding walls, a hip roof in standing-seam metal, plain glazing.
Inside: each apartment has Bathroom (7 m²), Dining (10 m²), Kitchen (10 m²), Bedroom (13 m²), Main bedroom (17 m²), Living room (18 m²). Shared and at street level: 4 × Accessible WC (7 m² each), 4 × Store (18 m² each), 2 × Residential lobby (43 m² each), 4 × Shop (51 m² each), 6 × Stair landing (43 m² each).
Features: balcony.
