About this design
A site divided into lots along a new road, with a house on each lot, footpaths, street trees and a shared reserve, designed in Tropical style: wide verandas, louvres, cane furniture and palm greens.
Outside: timber cladding walls, a hip roof in standing-seam metal, plain glazing.
Inside: the largest house has 2 × Bathroom (7 m² each), Laundry (7 m²), Ensuite (7 m²), 3 × Bedroom (10 to 12 m²), Hallway (11 m²), Dining (12 m²), Kitchen (13 m²), Main bedroom (14 m²), Garage (22 m²), Living room (33 m²).
The design comes furnished and landscaped, with schematic lighting, electrical and plumbing layouts. Everything can be edited after you add it to your designs.
