A good brief is one sentence long. What to put in it, what the agent does with it, and how to change what comes back.

How to describe a home so the AI drafts the plan you want

Most floor plan tools start with an empty grid. AI Plan Creator starts with a sentence: type what you have in mind on the home page or in New design, and the AI agent drafts the whole home.

What to put in the sentence

The agent reads the same things an architect would ask about first.

  • The kind of building. A house, a granny flat, a townhouse, an architectural home, a café, a block of apartments. Naming the type gets you a building designed as that type, inside and out.
  • Bedrooms and bathrooms. "4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms" is enough.
  • Size. Square metres work best: "about 180 m²".
  • Storeys. Say "two storeys" if you want bedrooms upstairs.
  • A style. Any of the 25 styles, such as japandi, coastal, New Zealand contemporary or modern farmhouse.
  • Extras. A garage, an office, a pool, a terrace, a particular garden.

For example: "An architectural home in New Zealand contemporary style, with 4 bedrooms, a pool and a terrace."

What comes back

The plan is not a picture. Rooms, walls, doors, windows, furniture and the garden are all objects you can select, move and resize. The same design is the 3D model, the drawings, the service plans and the walkthrough, so a change in one place shows everywhere.

Changing it

You have two ways to change a design, and you can mix them freely.

  1. By hand. Drag a wall, resize a room, place furniture from the catalogue on the left: pieces snap to walls.
  2. By asking. Open the AI agent panel and say what you want: "Make the kitchen bigger", "Add a study next to the entrance", "Landscape the garden in a tropical style". The agent works on your real design with the same tools you have, so everything it makes stays editable.

When a brief does not work

If the result is not what you meant, be more specific about the one thing that is wrong rather than writing a longer brief. The agent keeps the rest of the design and changes what you ask for.
