About this design

A block of units: flats either side of a shared lobby with stairs and a lift, a balcony to every flat above the ground, and parking in front, designed in Art Deco style: glamour and geometry: black, gold, velvet and fans.

Outside: render walls, a flat roof in flat membrane, windows with glazing bars.

Inside: each apartment has Bathroom (7 m²), Bedroom (12 m²), Kitchen (12 m²), Main bedroom (16 m²), Living room (22 m²). Shared and at street level: 2 × Lobby (38 m² each), 6 × Stair landing (38 m² each).
