About this design
Shops on the street with apartments above, reached from their own lobby with stairs and a lift, designed in Bali style: open pavilions, teak, volcanic stone and lush planting.
Outside: timber cladding walls over a stone base, a hip roof in shingle or slate, plain glazing.
Inside: each apartment has Bathroom (6 m²), Kitchen (12 m²), Bedroom (17 m²), Living room (22 m²). Shared and at street level: 2 × Accessible WC (7 m² each), 2 × Store (15 m² each), 2 × Shop (36 m² each), Residential lobby (37 m²), 2 × Stair landing (37 m² each).
Features: balcony.
The design comes furnished and landscaped, with schematic lighting, electrical and plumbing layouts. Everything can be edited after you add it to your designs.
