About this design
Shops either side of a covered mall with an anchor store, a food court, public toilets and a car park, designed in Bali style: open pavilions, teak, volcanic stone and lush planting.
Outside: timber cladding walls over a stone base, a hip roof in shingle or slate, plain glazing.
Inside: Cleaner's store (6 m²), Accessible WC (8 m²), Parents' room (9 m²), WC (women) (10 m²), WC (men) (10 m²), Plant room (13 m²), Toilet lobby (17 m²), Centre management (18 m²), Food court kitchen (24 m²), Loading dock (25 m²), Service corridor (45 m²), Food court (55 m²), 6 × Shop (56 m² each), Mall (183 m²), Supermarket (240 m²).
