An existing house opened up by a new single-storey extension round its side and back: kitchen, dining and family room under a flat roof, with wide glass doors to a deck, designed in Eclectic style: collected pieces, bold colour and pattern mixed with confidence.
Outside: brick walls, a gable roof in clay or concrete tile, plain glazing.
