About this design
Shops on the street with apartments above, reached from their own lobby with stairs and a lift, designed in Modern Arabic style: arches, mashrabiya screens, sand tones and brass.
Outside: render walls over a stone base, a flat roof in flat membrane, plain glazing.
Inside: each apartment has Bathroom (6 m²), Kitchen (12 m²), Bedroom (17 m²), Living room (22 m²). Shared and at street level: 2 × Accessible WC (7 m² each), 2 × Store (15 m² each), 2 × Shop (36 m² each), Residential lobby (37 m²), 2 × Stair landing (37 m² each).
Features: balcony.
