About this design
A block of units: flats either side of a shared lobby with stairs and a lift, a balcony to every flat above the ground, and parking in front, designed in New Zealand Contemporary style: dark vertical cladding with cedar, a mono-pitch metal roof and living that opens to a deck.
Outside: timber cladding walls, a shed roof in standing-seam metal, plain glazing.
Inside: each apartment has Bathroom (6 m²), Kitchen (12 m²), Bedroom (17 m²), Living room (22 m²). Shared and at street level: Lobby (33 m²), 2 × Stair landing (33 m² each).
Features: balcony.
The design comes furnished and landscaped, with schematic lighting, electrical and plumbing layouts. Everything can be edited after you add it to your designs.
