About this design
A four-storey block of flats in white render and dark metal, with a balcony to every flat above the ground, framed glass and LED strips at dusk. Designed in Contemporary style: soft minimalism: pale tones, curves and very little clutter.
Outside: render walls, a flat roof in standing-seam metal, plain glazing.
Inside: each apartment has Bathroom (7 m²), Bedroom (12 m²), Kitchen (12 m²), Main bedroom (16 m²), Living room (22 m²). Shared and at street level: 2 × Lobby (38 m² each), 6 × Stair landing (38 m² each).
Features: balcony, framed bays, led strip lighting.
The design comes furnished and landscaped, with schematic lighting, electrical and plumbing layouts. Everything can be edited after you add it to your designs.
