About this design
Reception, open workspace, meeting rooms and staff facilities, on one floor or on several round a core of stairs, lift and toilets, designed in New Zealand Contemporary style: dark vertical cladding with cedar, a mono-pitch metal roof and living that opens to a deck.
Outside: timber cladding walls, a shed roof in standing-seam metal, plain glazing.
Inside: 8 × WC (7 to 8 m²), Plant room (8 m²), 4 × Accessible WC (9 to 11 m²), 4 × Store (9 to 11 m²), 4 × Staff kitchen (14 to 17 m²), 5 × Meeting room (24 to 32 m²), Café (27 m²), 4 × Corridor (29 m² each), Reception (32 m²), 4 × Lift and stairs (40 m² each), 4 × Open workspace (70 to 146 m²).
The design comes furnished and landscaped, with schematic lighting, electrical and plumbing layouts. Everything can be edited after you add it to your designs.
