About this design
Reception, open workspace, meeting rooms and staff facilities, on one floor or on several round a core of stairs, lift and toilets, designed in Scandinavian flat-pack style: light timber, white walls and practical, affordable furniture.
Outside: timber cladding walls, a gable roof in standing-seam metal, plain glazing.
Inside: WC (5 m²), Plant room (6 m²), Accessible WC (7 m²), Store (7 m²), Staff kitchen (11 m²), Café (14 m²), Meeting room (15 m²), Reception (19 m²), Open workspace (50 m²).
The design comes furnished and landscaped, with schematic lighting, electrical and plumbing layouts. Everything can be edited after you add it to your designs.
