About this design
A two-storey house of terracotta render and dark timber, with planters on its balcony, timber-lined eaves and a deck. Designed in Bohemian style: relaxed and layered: rattan, plants, kilims and warm colour.
Outside: render walls, a flat roof in flat membrane, plain glazing.
Inside: WC (3 m²), Pantry (5 m²), Laundry (8 m²), Entrance hall (24 m²), Kitchen and dining (36 m²), Living room (44 m²), Garage (47 m²), Dressing room (7 m²), Ensuite (7 m²), Bathroom (7 m²), Study (10 m²), Upper hallway (12 m²), 3 × Bedroom (12 to 17 m²), Main bedroom (21 m²), Landing (24 m²).
Features: deck, balcony, balcony planters.
