About this design
A two-storey house of sage-green timber under twin gables, with white-framed grid windows, a veranda along the front and a stone chimney. Designed in Traditional style: symmetry, dark timber, panelling and rich colour.
Outside: timber cladding walls, a gable to each home, roofed in shingle or slate, windows with glazing bars.
Inside: WC (4 m²), Laundry (9 m²), Entrance hall (16 m²), Dining (17 m²), Kitchen (20 m²), Study (23 m²), Family room (25 m²), Living room (36 m²), Garage (38 m²), Dressing room (5 m²), Ensuite (7 m²), Bathroom (7 m²), 3 × Bedroom (12 m² each), Landing (16 m²), Upper hallway (18 m²), Main bedroom (23 m²).
Features: covered veranda, paved terrace, chimney.
