About this design
A two-storey tropical house of white render under a deep timber-lined roof that shelters an open loggia, with a stone entrance, a deck and a pool by the sea. Designed in Tropical style: wide verandas, louvres, cane furniture and palm greens.
Outside: render walls, a flat roof in flat membrane, plain glazing.
Inside: WC (2 m²), Store (4 m²), Laundry (4 m²), 2 × Hallway (9 m² each), Study (15 m²), Dining (18 m²), Media room (20 m²), Kitchen (23 m²), Entrance hall (30 m²), Garage (38 m²), Living room (43 m²), Upper hallway (5 m²), Ensuite (8 m²), Bathroom (10 m²), 3 × Bedroom (16 to 17 m²), Main bedroom (18 m²), Loggia (21 m²), Landing (24 m²).
Features: balcony, pool, deck, led strip lighting.
