About this design
A two-storey villa of white render under a terracotta hipped roof, with an open loggia on slender piers, a stone entrance, a pergola and a pool. Designed in Mediterranean style: sun-washed plaster, terracotta, arches and wrought iron.
Outside: render walls, a hip roof in clay or concrete tile, shuttered windows.
Inside: WC (2 m²), Store (4 m²), Laundry (4 m²), 2 × Hallway (9 m² each), Study (15 m²), Dining (18 m²), Media room (20 m²), Kitchen (23 m²), Entrance hall (30 m²), Garage (38 m²), Living room (43 m²), Upper hallway (5 m²), Ensuite (8 m²), Bathroom (10 m²), 3 × Bedroom (16 to 17 m²), Main bedroom (18 m²), Loggia (21 m²), Landing (24 m²).
