About this design
A two-storey Balinese house of pale render, dark timber and stone under a deep hipped roof, with an open loggia, a deck and a pool by the sea. Designed in Bali style: open pavilions, teak, volcanic stone and lush planting.
Outside: render walls, a hip roof in shingle or slate, plain glazing.
Inside: WC (2 m²), Store (4 m²), Laundry (4 m²), 2 × Hallway (10 m² each), Study (15 m²), Dining (18 m²), Media room (21 m²), Kitchen (23 m²), Entrance hall (30 m²), Garage (39 m²), Living room (45 m²), Upper hallway (5 m²), Ensuite (9 m²), Bathroom (10 m²), 3 × Bedroom (16 to 17 m²), Main bedroom (18 m²), Loggia (21 m²), Landing (24 m²).
Features: pool, deck, balcony, led strip lighting.
