About this design
Two mirrored two-storey homes of white render and charcoal battens, each with framed glass, a balcony and LED strips at dusk. Designed in Modern style: clean lines, open space and a restrained palette.
Outside: render walls, a flat roof in flat membrane, plain glazing.
Inside: each home has Dining (10 m²), Kitchen (12 m²), Living room (20 m²), Entrance hall (27 m²), Bathroom (6 m²), Bedroom 3 (10 m²), Bedroom 2 (11 m²), Main bedroom (14 m²), Landing (27 m²).
Features: balcony, framed bays, led strip lighting.
The design comes furnished and landscaped, with schematic lighting, electrical and plumbing layouts. Everything can be edited after you add it to your designs.
