About this design
A self-contained small home for the back of a section: open living and kitchen, bedrooms and a level-entry bathroom, with a wide glass door to a deck, designed in Scandinavian flat-pack style: light timber, white walls and practical, affordable furniture.
Outside: timber cladding walls, a gable roof in standing-seam metal, plain glazing.
Inside: Laundry cupboard (2 m²), Entrance hall (6 m²), Bathroom (8 m²), Kitchen (9 m²), Bedroom (9 m²), Living room (11 m²).
Features: deck.
The design comes furnished and landscaped, with schematic lighting, electrical and plumbing layouts. Everything can be edited after you add it to your designs.
