About this design
Single-storey units in a row on one plot, each with its own entrance, sharing a driveway and parking, designed in Tropical style: wide verandas, louvres, cane furniture and palm greens.
Outside: timber cladding walls, a hip roof in standing-seam metal, plain glazing.
Inside: each unit has Bathroom (7 m²), Bedroom (12 m²), Kitchen (12 m²), Main bedroom (16 m²), Living room (22 m²).
The design comes furnished and landscaped, with schematic lighting, electrical and plumbing layouts. Everything can be edited after you add it to your designs.
