Not every project needs to start from a blank page. The design store has more than 900 finished designs in 21 kinds of Architectural building, from tiny houses and granny flats to apartment buildings, hotels, schools and whole subdivisions.
Free and paid designs
Twenty basic home designs are free: compact houses, bungalows, cabins, tiny houses and granny flats, each in a style of its own. Add one to your library and open it as your own copy. The rest are a single payment, taken by Stripe. Either way, what you get is a complete, editable design: rooms, facade and roof, furniture, grounds, and lighting, electrical and plumbing layouts, ready to change in the editor like any design of your own.
Before you buy, each design has a page of its own with its pictures and a turning 3D preview.
Plans
What your account can do each month depends on its plan:
| Plan | Projects | AI requests a month | AI images a month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 1 | 15 | 2 |
| Premium | 10 | 200 | 30 |
| Pro | 100 | 1,500 | 250 |
The Free plan also has 20 AI credits a day, which come back at midnight UTC: an AI request uses 1 and an AI image 5. Premium and Pro are paid through Stripe, monthly or yearly at half price, and the first three months are free for an account that has not had a paid plan before; no card is needed to start. They can be changed or cancelled at any time on the Your plan page; cancelling keeps the plan to the end of the period paid for. The Premium plan adds the walkthrough's AI guide; Pro adds commercial buildings and more of everything. Prices are on the pricing section.
Which to choose
Start free: one project and the store's free designs are enough to see whether AI Plan Creator suits you. Move to Premium when you are planning a real build, and to Pro if you design for clients.
