About this design
A large two-storey house of sand-coloured render round a double-height glass hall lined in timber, with a pool, broad front steps and a desert garden. Designed in Modern Arabic style: arches, mashrabiya screens, sand tones and brass.
Outside: render walls, a flat roof in flat membrane, plain glazing.
Inside: WC (3 m²), Guest bathroom (8 m²), Guest wardrobe (8 m²), Laundry (9 m²), Kitchen (23 m²), Dining (23 m²), Guest bedroom (30 m²), Garage (42 m²), Living room (49 m²), Entrance hall (76 m²), Hallway (9 m²), Dressing room (9 m²), Ensuite (9 m²), Upper hallway (9 m²), Bathroom (16 m²), Gallery (17 m²), 3 × Bedroom (22 to 31 m²), Main bedroom (41 m²).
