About this design
A single-storey house of white render and dark timber under a low tiled hipped roof, its entrance under a gable of its own, with a veranda and a zen garden. Designed in Japanese style: shoji screens, tatami tones and deep sheltering eaves.
Outside: render walls, a hip roof in clay or concrete tile, plain glazing.
Inside: Walk-in robe (5 m²), Ensuite (7 m²), Store (7 m²), 2 × Bathroom (8 to 10 m²), Laundry (8 m²), Dining (15 m²), 3 × Bedroom (15 to 17 m²), Kitchen (16 m²), Entrance hall (20 m²), Main bedroom (20 m²), Living room (22 m²), Study (25 m²), Garage (38 m²), Gallery (40 m²).
Features: covered veranda, paved terrace, deck.
